It's within a 15 minute walk of everything in highland park, English village in mountain brook, five points, botega, Freddie's, the dog parks, crest road walks, continental bakery, Vulcan park etc. also close walking distance to Uab. Bedrooms are large. It's 3 bed 2 bath with a nice large southern front porch, high 9 foot ceilings, and a fenced in backyard with a dog door (and back deck). This is a perfect place to watch the fireworks from Vulcan :). We currently rent to a young married couple. We've had so many great memories here. We love our neighbors. Relatively flexible on lease length. Rent is $2750 not including utilities. Small or medium sized dog would be fine. You have a full fenced in backyard with a built in dog door. No smoking (weed or cigarettes). Street parking (right in front of the house and never a problem to find parking). 15 minute walk to English village in mountain brook, all of Uab, downtown, Highland park, etc (we're kind of right in between highland park, English village, Uab, and Southside)
