This large beautiful home is for sale by owner. I purchased it last year because it has two master bedrooms, which I needed for my mother and myself. I needed the space for her and also for a full time care giver. However, mother passed away after I purchased home but before I even got moved in. This house is just too large for me alone. While living here for the past year, I have been making needed repairs (new gas water heater, deck remodeling, plumbing, electrical, and more fencing).
