The garage is a separate small studio where the property owner resides part time. It has a separate entrance and gated off yard area. The house will will a completely private unit minus the locked garage side of the house. Laundry Usage by the owner is up for negotiation (Laundry is in a small laundry room directly through the back door of the home) Utilities will remain in the owners name and will be added to the rental price. They average $400 a month for Water/Internet/Gas/Electric. Price listed is for a long term tenant. Price for short term and furnished rental is up for negotiation. If you are interested in discussing short term or furnished, contact me and we can discuss based on length of stay, etc. The lease term is up for negotiation. I would prefer to keep my furnishings in the home, though if you would like to sign a year lease, I would be willing to clean out the house. Ideally I would not like to lease for less than 3 months. I allow dogs and cats, though I have some rules regarding noise levels. Absolutely no smoking in the house. 2 dedicated parking spaces in the driveway. Utilities will remain in the owners name, as he will maintain his residence in the studio. Additional payment proess of utilities is also up for negotiation (we can come up with a flat rate for added utilities each month so that your rent is normalized).
