We have a garden apartment that is worth $1100 dollars willing to reduce to $500 (furnished, utilities, wifi, satellite, separate exit, and laundry room included) in exchange for services. We are a family looking for a caretaker for two young energetic girls that are seven and nine. The main responsibilities are as follows: getting the kids ready for school, driving them to their destination and very light housekeeping. Your morning will start at 7:00 to wake up the girls, make sure they dress properly for school, supervise oral care, feed them breakfast, prepare lunch, and drive them to school using our vehicle. Kids need to be at school by 8:30. The drive will take about 15 minutes. We might need an occasional pick-up after school at designated drop-off near the house (if available). The light housekeeping will include a pick-up of their room and the girl's laundry (only washing, the girls will fold and put their clothes away). The ideal candidate would be a college student or someone who has a late start for work. Our family is very easy going, well traveled, bilingual (Spanish and English), and always busy with activities. You should be a female that is dynamic with kids, flexible, well-rounded individual and be prepared to be part of our family. We are located in the heart of Roscoe Village.
