Both up and downstairs HVAC units were replaced less than two years ago using high efficiency gas furnaces and air conditioning units. We installed a "whole house" natural gas fired Generac emergency generator that will automatically operate the complete home in case of power outages. The generator includes a 2-yr maintenance contract through January 2018. We are the original owners so you can be assured our home has been well maintained. It is perfect for a young family with all 4 BR & 2 full baths upstairs. This is a wonderful neighborhood to raise children with excellent schools nearby. For a small fee, you can have access to the Lakesite pool during the summer. Garbage pickup is twice weekly which is included in the $50/yr homeowners association fee.
