1- Tenant pays for Utilities (water, electricity, internet) 2- Landlord pays for landscaping, and pest control. 3- Security deposit is required. The deposit, and first month rent is due upon signing. 4- No smoking allowed inside the house. 5- Late payment fee and non-sufficient funds fee is $100 each. 6- The house is currently occupied and will be available for tours on the week of April 25th.
