This 500 sq ft studio is on the top floor with one tenant below and one to the right of the studio. It has hardwood floors, a claw-foot bath and east-facing bay windows. I'm moving and need someone to take over the remainder of my lease which ends in October 15. Ideal move-in date would be April 22nd but is flexible.
