We LOVE this house and we have poured hard work, LOVE and sweat in this house for almost 16 years. The bedrooms are split on both ends of house with the master and small bedroom just off the den, and the other two bedrooms in the front of the house where there is another living area that's perfect for young children's playroom or older children's hang out area. (The small bedroom is perfect for a nursery or office) All the windows have been replaced with energy efficient windows, the in-ground pool was converted to salt water about 4 years ago which is easy to maintain.
