Rent is only $800 per month, plus a CASH deposit to the landlord of $800. This includes a shared kitchen, living room, and use of washer and dryer. Utilities are split evenly. (internet, streaming, gas, and electricity) Female preferred, due to a shared bathroom. Working professional employed outside the house or mature grad or doctoral student is preferred. We are just minuets away from the 10, 710, 110, 210, and 134 freeways. Only 10 min from USC and CSULA. MUST be clean and tidy (but not anal retentive), considerate, honest, friendly/warm, social and an excellent communicator. We are looking for an independent person who respects others, please. The unit is shared and is not an individual apartment. We are a small community of four, so communication is important. A one year commitment is mandatory.
