The house has a full bathroom (tub and shower) and a 3/4 bathroom with washer and dryer in unit. There is a one-car detached garage on the property. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Security deposit and first month's rent due up front. No smoking is allowed in our rental units. We do an in-depth background, reference and credit check.
