No smoking inside the room or in the shared areas. This is a 12 month lease, 30 day notice if terminating lease. Rent is due on the first of the month. Renter responsibilities are to be mindful of other tenants by cleaning up after themselves in the shared areas of the unit. Washing of clothes only between the hours of 8:00am and 9:00pm. No loud music or TVs. Overnight guests are allowed but less than a week, if over a week they would have to be added to the lease and rent adjusted.
