Located in historic downtown, this home is a short walk from Main Street Prairie Grove or the schools. She has charm galore and looks awesome at 111 years old! (A great sitting porch to watch the world pass by) There are two bedrooms and one bathroom (shower) upstairs. The home has central heat and air with a newer unit. Downstairs has a 3rd bedroom, kitchen (with refrigerator and gas range no dishwasher or garbage disposal), formal dining room, full bathroom, stackable washer and dryer, and a nice livingroom with original hardwood floors. There is new carpet upstairs and some fresh paint. Like a lot of historic homes the stairs are fairly steep and the closets small. There is a large back yard, but it is not fenced-in. (we don't allow chained-up pets) The rent includes basic lawn care (mowing & weedeating). As-of today the rent of $1150 is lower than any other Prairie Grove rental on Zillow. A great renter would understand older homes will have some quirks and be well qualified with good credit and/or rental history. (a good rule of thumb is your rent/house payment should not be more than 30% of your income)
