We are Sandy Beach Cottage Inn, a vacation rental apartment complex and have 5 apartments that we rent. Cottage Window is our 1 bedroom that we rent by the month in the off season. It is located in our 4 story apartment on the second floor up from the beach in the back. It is very light and airy, full bathroom, full kitchen and full living room, full bedroom with a queen bed. Sleeps 2. It becomes available Oct. 13 - June 1. The rates change in March and April. Please contact us via email. Owner pays for power, gas, trash pick up, wifi, water. Must have a credit score of 650 and above. This rate is for 1-2 people and must comply with our building rules for our business model.
