The trailer is delapedated and unsafe, and hasn't been lived in for a very long time. It is going to be removed and the materials recycled. Both the well and septic systems were installed before permits were required. There is electricity, but it is not currently activiated and can't be activiated until the septic system is assessed, repaired or replaced if needed, and permitted by the Health Department. There is a very small creek on the west side of the property and there is access to 90% of a pond on the south side of the property. To access the property, there is a dirt/rock road easement across the front of the yard of the neighboring property.
