Great find smack in central Middleton! This Fourplex has never had any problems renting. Each 2 bed, 1 bath unit comes with its own washer/dryer, & fridge. Unit 213 has had extensive updating (including newer water heater & new furnace in 2018. ) The other three units are basically in original, but good condition. Tenants pay gas and power only. Units have their own designated parking spaces.
