This house is estimated to be over 100 years old. I’ve invested a lot of blood, sweat and tears into making this old house my family’s castle. My price is low because it will require a lot more work to finish the job I started. My loss is your gain. It’s the perfect house for a small family. Foundation work has been done on the east and west sides, but more work needs done. The front porch and the windows seals are in bad shape. The back part of the hallway and laundry room remain unfinished. The back bedroom may also require some work depending on your needs. The electric was updated twenty years ago with new wiring, but may require an electrical outlet or two to be repaired. The kitchen has been fully remodeled, but a few cabinets were installed later that need to be refaced. The carpets have bad stains, but are mostly in good condition. It does not have central air or central heating. We used a vent free blue flame heater (as pictured), with space heaters in the bedrooms. Electric baseboard heaters may be installed if prefered. It has a very small partial basement that is unfinished. The rest is crawl space. It has very small yard space (includes a dog kennel), but there is a separate lot that adjoins to the back of the property that will come with it as a separate deed.
