Utah Lake is less then 5 minutes away and there is a small park at the end of the street. This apartment is like new including carpet, tile flooring and walls. Appliances are included. We are looking for 1 or 2 people. BYU standards apply which includes no smoking of any kind and no alcohol. Also, sorry no pets!
