We are about 90% moved out and just waiting on the kitchen to be finished at our new house. We are moving this week (Nov 4) I will have to find find a realtor and raise the price to cover the commission and fees. Please come look NOW! This house is looking empty but still beautiful, we love it and think you will to. I think we have done everything we could to make this house look brand new again. I have been in this house since 1991 and have replaced all the windows, Doors (internal Hardwood and external steel), Garage Door, new hot water tank, Bathroom totally remodeled down to the studs in 2007, Kitchen makeover 2010, Vinyl Siding and Roof fairly new. In Feb-April of 2011 we spent $25,000 giving the whole inside of the house a major make over, we added all hard oak trim & doors, stripped all walls ceilings and then painted, all new ceiling fans, refaced fireplace and added gas logs, new carpet (hardwood floors underneath), new lights / fans, switches, plugs, built in stereo cabinet, extra storage, in ceilings stereo speakers and lights w/dimmers.
