I have been the owner of this property for 30 years. It is a large corner apartment building. Since taking ownership, I have made many improvements. The latest upgrade was putting a washer and dryer in the basement. There is a great deal of natural light in the apartments. I take great pride in the building and doing my best for the tenants. My tenants in the building are my best advertisers. They know that I take care of their problems as quickly as possible. The unit for rent is a large one bedroom. Looking for a one year lease. Tenant pays for his/her own electric and gas. Landlord pays for water usage. First and last month's rent plus security are needed upon the signing of the lease.
