You are responsible for water, sewer, solid wasted, gas, electric bill if there is one, internet, cable if you still use it, regular AC filter maintenance, lawn care, maintenance under $15 (9v batteries, light bulbs, etc.) Absolutely no smoking/vaping in this house. It's a safety hazard and will be grounds for eviction and a minimum of a deep cleaning fee. Pets are not generally allowed, but somewhat negotiable on a case by case situation. Unfortunately, we can not accept any felines for multiple reasons. FYI, walls, baseboards, and doors are all freshly painted.
