Cannot have any bankruptcies or foreclosures. * Cannot have any recent repossession. * Pets Pets (Domestic animals only) may be accepted or declined at the owners' discretion. A $1000 pet deposit (non-refundable) is required per pet (maximum of two) and to be paid in full prior to move-in. Pets will be subject to visual inspection.
