Unit #9 is a 1 bedroom unit, single story and in a 4-plex. There are 40 condo's on 4.5 acres, it is low density and a sort of desert oasis! The complex is on a 26 acre lake, that the city controls. The lake is used to water the GREENS of the Tierra Del Sol Golf course on the other side of the lake. The complex has its own pool & across the lake the city also has a pool. There are carports and a laundry facility on site! The lake is stocked with catfish and non motorized boats are permitted. While staying there half my week, I had a 16 foot Pelican canoe. This can be a affordable retirement or a low cost investor property. The complex is Southern California, 110 miles North of Los Angeles. California City has a population of about 12,000. Its South East Kern County, near the Mojave Aerospace facilities. ITS DESERT, but next to the lake, a small oasis!
