In 2015 a solar system was added that produces enough electricity to meet needs for the house and all-electric car. Also in 2015 added a Level 2 charging station in garage for EV. In 2016 completed basement adding a new large bedroom with a full bathroom. Neighborhood Description This is a just a great neighborhood period. We have an HOA with a board of directors, a property manager, an architectural review committee, and a social committee that plans several get-togethers throughout the year.
