It is a room on the basement floor. It is a private spacious bedroom with a private attached bathroom in a newly build townhome located very close to I-5 and Lynnwood transit center(light rail) . Me, my wife and my 2 year old son live in the same house above the basement. Kitchen and laundry is not provided but there are plenty of laundromat options around the area. Looking for someone with taking at least a 3 month lease and if things looks good we can extend the lease further.
