Rent Discount: As an incentive to the tenant to pay the rent ahead of time, and for paying the first $100 on any maintenance or repairs, a discount of $100 is deducted from the regular rental amount ($2,700/month) for rent paid on or before the 1st. This discount will be forfeited in the event that the tenant fails to perform as stated in the lease. A late fee of 10% will also be added to the regular rent for any rent received after the 1st of the month. The rent rate listed ($2,600/month) is the discounted rent rate. All rent is paid by automatic bank ACH transfer through our portal on Apartments.com; no paper checks or cash are accepted for rent payments. 9.
