The Premises shall be used for residential purposes only. The renter can not lease any part of the house. No more than 5 occupants shall reside in the Premises. Lessee shall not engage in any activity that disturbs the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Small pets are allowed. Smoking should be done off premises In the event of any default by Lessee under this Agreement, Lessor shall have the right to exercise any or all of the remedies available at law or in equity, including, but not limited to, the right to terminate this Agreement and the right to seek eviction of Lessee from the Premises.
