The house is very large, 5,314 sq. ft. with 4 levels which features ADT alarm, Ring security camera and Safe Systems entry door code access in Denver's Green Valley Ranch (GVR) upscale community near the Denver International Airport. Currently renting rooms to United Airlines Flight Attendants on a permanent basis and has 7 furnished rooms. The rooms all includes, mini refrigerator, microwave oven, 32 inch TV, WI-FI whom shares 1 full and 1/2 bath (other rooms have different baths) kitchen, other refrigerator and laundry room. Food is not included in the rent but you can buy and store your food in a separate refrigerators and cook in the kitchen. Although we have a cat we are not accepting any renters with any pets. Where do you work and your monthly income? (pay statement within 30 days required) Normally your monthly income should equal 3x or more of the rent. If you ask to see or show up at the property without providing your additional info, pay statement, drivers license, photo and other requirements in advance, you will not get a response and be denied. Owner pays all utilities for private rooms. Rental request without photos or with facial distractions are rejected. No showings with out requested information
