My husband and I are looking for someone to take over our lease. This is a beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment with a balcony that looks over Lake Norman. My husband was offered a new job, and we are having to move states. Unfortunately we just signed a lease here and are needing to find someone to sublet this apartment. We have had a blast living here and the summer time is so much fun! This apartment is walking distance to the Rusty Rudder (a restaurant and bar located right on the water.) The Apartment includes, 2 storage closets, dishwasher, Fireplace, swimming pool, fitness center and laundry facilities. You can also pay per month to have a detached garage if you need to. (We always parked outside and never had a problem.) Our neighbors in our building are all very friendly and respectful. We are sad to be leaving this place and will miss that view for years to come.
