This is a shared space in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house. I'm a single divorced father and I share custody of my kids 50/50, so they are with me every other week (or approx 2 weeks per month). When they aren't with me I work a lot so you would have the house to yourself much of the time, but I'm sure my dog and cat would appreciate having someone around ;) The room is a 10x10 bedroom with a standard closet, also has an additional built in storage cabinet from floor to ceiling. It's currently used as an office so it does not have bedroom furniturev yet (I do have a queen size air mattress and/or a futon available for no additional charge until permanent furniture is figured out). House is on a super quiet, peaceful cul-de-sac street so there's no traffic. It's a very convenient location with easy access to downtown Tampa, Odessa, Land o lakes, Wesley chapel, etc. There's a lake in back of house with lots of wild life and a floating doc for fishing, etc. All utilities included: electric,ac/heat, water,cable,Internet,trash. Full kitchen with all appliances, and a bbq grill outside. Parking in driveway (garage also available but would be extra). Additional secure storage sheds available. MUST be kid and pet friendly!...My kids are 12 and 7 and they are very well behaved, quiet and responsible. I have one small dog and a cat, both are also very well behaved like my kids. So if you don't mind pets and 2 quiet kids (part time) you'll love the place, it's safe, quiet, and fun. Come check out the property and you'll see for yourself. PS. I would consider credit towards rent for any help you could provide with child care or after school transportation, so rent is negotiable. Month to month to start. All utilities included. No smoking inside. No excessive alcohol drinking. No partying or visitors unless pre-approved by owner. Must be kid and pet friendly.
