Mini beach house! Small but awesome little studio. One block from the beach--turn left and it's Ocean Beach, turn right and it's dog beach. Close walk to all the good OB stuff, but far enough away to not be bothered by the Newport madness. Not part of a complex so you don't have to deal with that madness either. Recently redid the entire inside and everything is pretty new. Street parking only. There's a laundry mat about a block away. Solid pizza shop right on the corner. Pets welcome. If you don't mind the small size, this spot is tough to beat. There's nothing like OB. Renter pays electric. May be asked to contribute to water, but probably not. Pets ok; it's OB after all. No smoking, no farming, no growing your own weed (come on, just buy it).
