We moved this home onto this property 7 years ago. We gave put new insulation in all the the walls and ceilings. New double pain windows. We installed a new total electric central heat and air unit in October 2016. Propane back up heat. There are two out buildings. There is a large cellar. Also comes with a 27foot pool that is 5feet deep it is buried 3 feet in the ground. There is also a six person hot tub. This property is a 1.5 acre lot. The water is a water well it never went dry or had any problems threw the drought.
