The large deck overlooks the lake with a 180 degree view of the water through the pines. A perfect place to drink your morning coffee or watch a beautiful sunset. Also includes use of a very stable flat bottom aluminum row boat (along with several adult and children's life jackets), canoe, water noodles, floating chairs, dock, swim to water raft, gas grill, fire pit and 270+ft water frontage with great swimming and a shallow wade in beach area. Lake Arrowhead is famous for its fantastic bass fishing. Boat launch is less than 5 minutes away! A fire pit sits just feet from the lake. A great place to tell stories and roast marshmallows with the kids. 4 seasons of activities from swimming, fishing, boating, biking, hiking, snowmobiling, ice skating, cross country skiing and ice fishing are at your doorstep. The house is centrally located between the ocean in the summer and mountains for skiing in the winter. In the fall the entire area has beautiful foliage.
