VERY hard to find older trailers in this clean a condition . Has no wall damage , no damage anywhere ( cracked window ) No leaks , Is in superb condition for a trailer of this age . Has Bedrooms on each end with kitchen/living area in the middle . Comes with set of concrete steps and a back wooden deck that only in decent condition . The Central Air which was charged last year stays with the unit , as does the washer/dryer and fridge . So its totally livable upon purchase . Must be moved at buyers expense . Carpet is original as in decent shape. We paid 13500 last year and are willing to take a 1k loss , but the 12500 price is pretty firm . This unit will be available in 60-90 days as we move in next door when home finishes . Can send inside pics if needed . Located out near Blackbird Rd .
