The neighborhood is just down from the Hawkins extension at Tryon, so jumping over to Target, the movie theater, and all the restaurants over there is 2 minutes and you dont even have to get on the Loop. Its a great part of town. The house has wonderful floors, kitchen, bathrooms, and the dining space has doors that open up to a great deck outside and a huge backyard.
