Living room (12x23 ft), bedroom (10x11 ft). Amenities: garage for storage, washer/dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher, big, clean fridge, spacious deck, large lawn, tornado-proof shelter in basement. Unfurnished, but selling two couches (one futon, $100 each) and desk with chair ($50) in good condition. Pet-friendly (current roommate has a friendly, well-behaved medium-sized dog). Landlord is responsive and keeps up with repairs. Awesome, responsible, easy-going roommate staying until August 31. (He prefers male roommates.) Move-in by July 1 preferred. DM if you're interested!
