There are 2 queen bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms downstairs. Upstairs is an open loft with 2 more twin beds, plenty of storage, and a sunny space to work from home. The home is pet-friendly with a fenced front yard. Enjoy free street parking, laundry in the house, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds with all the linens and towels you'll need, and a cozy living room with a TV. We recently installed 5 wall mini-splits, so each room can be perfectly temperature-controlled with modern, quiet technology. We also added a brand new fridge and stove in March 2025, and we opened up the walls in two of the rooms to make the home more spacious. A quiet renter lives in the basement apartment below the house. The basement apartment has a separate entrance on the side of the house, so you will not see this renter. We (the landlords) live nearby, and we're always available. We love this neighborhood, and we can't wait to welcome you to this quiet corner of Charlottesville! Available furnished or unfurnished! Renter is responsible for electricity, water, internet, and yard maintenance. There is no gas in the home. Pets are welcome! We charge a $95 one-time pet fee per stay.
