This large one-bedroom, one-bathroom carriage will provide a private living space for locals looking to live in Laguna Beach, just two minutes from Thomas Donuts and the idyllic Laguna beaches. The area remains the old beach cottage feel with no gulf-front homes allowed, yet it has modern conveniences, with Carosel grocery a 5-minute walk away and Pier Park shopping a 5-minute drive. The beaches here, just a minute's walk from the carriage house, are the best in the area. Treat yourself to day trips to popular 30A and Rosemary Beach, just a 10-minute car ride away. There are two entries, one directly into the bedroom and one into the open floor living and kitchen area. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a single vanity. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and built-in storage for closet space. The kitchen features a full-size stove/oven, microwave, Keurig, full-sized fridge, and a new island with bar seating. There is no washer or dryer on site, nor hookups available to add laundry. All furniture and kitchenware are included. We will consider removing any furniture requested so tenants can choose their own, though rent will not change. The base rent will include wifi, water, power, and landscaping. Pets will be considered on an individual basis; no cats, please. We are locals looking to share our family beach house with a clean and well-grounded local(s) who enjoy the area as much as we do.
