This is a great little weekend place for someone wanting to be close to Austin or San Antonio. The neighbors on either side of this tract are nice higher end homes with parked out river frontage. I was surprised at the depth of the river water, but this tract benefits from an old dam on the Pedernales river (constructed pre-regulation days) which backs up water in front of this tract. The neighbor across the river owns 431 +/- acres per BCAD which offers privacy.
