There is a large deck off the back with mature landscaping. We are looking for a 12 month lease. We can be flexible on this, though. The house is non-smoking. We are hoping to find a family or family members to rent the property as the HOA requires that we not rent to more than three unrelated individuals. We will pay the landscaping costs (maintenance and snow removal). Renters are responsible for all other utility costs (garbage, water, electricity, gas). You will need to set up your own wifi and cable service.
