Beautiful cedar on the front new floors thru the living room dining room and kitchen new walk-in shower big tile and new plumbing and electrical have one whole widow to replace then three more floors to lay in the 3 bedrooms Don’t ask me to sign a contract while you try to sell MY HOUSE. for a profit while tying up my property for a month if you want the house fine buy the house then you do whatever you want with it I’m sick of these people trying to tie up my property I issue a Quit Claim Deed to the 1st $15,000 buyer!!Thank you
