Second bedroom has a desk and a single trundle bed that opens to a king bed with two duvets. The second floor is a full-sized (and well-stocked) kitchen and open living room that you don't usually find on a live-aboard. Espresso machine, sharp knives, new pots and pans, blender, bakeware, wine glasses, serving dishes and utensils. Even has a BBQ. High-speed internet provided. Head upstairs to the large rooftop deck, with two seating areas, including a six-seater teak table, it's great for entertaining with views of the city and the Space Needle all year around. You are steps from a large park and bike/walking trail that winds through the city. A bike is provided. Private parking spot, TV, BBQ, and a great houseboat community. This is a unique property for guests who want to be close to nature and even swim from your bedroom deck. Special care needs to be taken to use soaps (provided) that won't hurt the lake. And unless you take a bath every night, no extra charges. (Extra propane is just $15 a pop.) Occupancy is 2 but extra bedroom is great for occasional guests. This is a fully furnished, six-months or fewer lease term. Internet, water, power, garbage is all included. (Sorry, Seattle doesn't allow short-term, less than 30 day rentals. No other fees.
