UPDATE: Please tell me about yourself in your response. If you do not include a bio of yourself, I probably won't get back to you. This house is impossible to beat for the rent price and location! It is a Victorian house in City Park West with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. The house has brand new wood flooring, a nice backyard, a 3 car garage, a 5 minute walk to City Park, and about a 15 minutes walk to downtown. I have been living in this house for the past year and absolutely love it! My roommates are moving out and I don't want to lose the place. There are 2 decently sized bedrooms available that share a bathroom. Rent is $750 PER ROOM without utilities, however this may change. The landlord and I are working out a way to include all utilities into the rent price so we only pay a flat rate every month. After utilities, rent should be around $850 + whatever we decide to pay for cable and internet. Here's a little bit about me: I am a 29 year old Colorado native and I have been living in Denver for the past year. I love traveling and being outdoors. I'm really into camping, rock climbing, mountain/road biking, brewing beer, grilling, and guitar. I'm a respectful and easy going guy. I travel once a month to Honduras for about a week at a time for work, so I am in and out a lot. I am not really a party animal, but I don't mind if you like to have an occasional party. The main thing I am looking for in a roommate is a good communicator. Someone who is not passive aggressive and deals with issues as they come up in a tactful, honest and respectful way. Someone who is easy to talk to and that I get along well with. Bonus points if you like to rock climb or bike! If you are interested in the property, feel free to drop me a line and tell me a little bit about yourself. Working out a deal where utilities are included in rent price. With rent and utilities, it should come out to around $850/ month
