The iconic Kerry Park with its spectacular view of downtown town, the Space Needle and the ferries is just a short stroll away. You also have a fun outdoor kitchen with a gas stove and sink that you can bbq on all winter. You also have landlords ready to help out who live just down the street. One pet is allowed. If considering more than one pet we must approve before signing. This is a no smoking house. Utilities are included in rent. Renter pays for cable. Last month's rent is payed at move in. Current rates are Winter rates through March.
