I also at turnover time offer my places for sale with 10% down and or after 6months of rental and 10% is made up this place is very large, 2 large bathrooms, large closets, front porch, cement pad, shed, exta room for bedroom or whatever, laundry room. also has an old school inground pool that can be rehabbed. 2 entrances, fenced in. 1200$ rent or fsbo 60-65k depending on what we agree on for some of the work it needs. I show the places as is because of the market nothing lasts more than a week or so for rentals or for sale by owner.
