I was planning to go to vet school at Kansas State but low and behold, I've decided to change my major and moved home to Wichita Ks. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The master bedroom has his and her closets that are connected. The kitchen is fairly good sized with an island that will be included, as well as the gas stove, chalk board refrigerator, washer and dryer. The park allows up to 2 pets with no weight limit or breed restrictions (other than the ones for riley county city limits). The fence has been purchased (not rented) and is "temporary" so it can be easily removed if needed. The front yard is a good size and includes a large shed for additional storage. Lot rent is $289 a month and includes water, sewage and trash (though can fluctuate depending how much water you use). Average utilities: Electric $70-$140, Gas $50-$100. The park manager Gayle will require a tenant application to be filled out for $20 per person over 18 years of age that are not married and the pet to be registered with the city of Manhattan.
