Your household will need to show $ 1,302.00 or more of received income each month. Once the income has been verified you will remain on our wait list or we will schedule a move in. The current equity BUY IN price is $ 11,305.08 for a two bedroom but we are selling our equity at a buy in price of $7,500. This would be due upon move in. On the day of your move in you are required to have the equity payment, a one-time membership fee of $ 180.00, the prorated housing charge and pet deposit(s). You will fill out the move in documents and you will take possession of the home once we complete your move in process. While living at Prairie Glen East, you will only be responsible for the monthly housing charge of $ 454.00, gas, and electric. Management will pay water, trash, sewer and recycling.
