Tenant understands they will be responsible for yard maintenance (lawn mowing with mower provided/weeding, etc) and paying all utilities in a timely manner. 14. No cigarette smoking on the premises. Renter responsible for gas, electric, and water based on usage, plus any additional internet services they would like. Owner-paid garbage, recycling, yard waste, and sewer.
