Our home is located in close to University of Denver, Harvard Gulch Park, Washington Park, South Broadway, and the South Pearl neighborhoods with coffee shops, bars, grocery stores, and more within easy access. $800 per month plus shared utilities (electricity/heat and internet) which average $70 - $100 per person, per month. You'll have a room in a well-maintained, spacious house with access to common areas. Your bedroom will have plenty of natural light and a private closet with ample storage. The room is 13 x 11 ft, excluding closet space, and the full house is approximately 1,900 square feet. In-house amenities include free laundry in unit, full kitchen including a dishwasher, a common living room, dining area, front yard and back yard. The house also has central heat & AC, water, trash, and ample storage. Street parking is readily available for tenants and guests. The bedroom is not furnished, but common spaces are mostly furnished by other roommates. We are flexible about incorporating furniture into the common living spaces - just ask! You'll share the house with two roommates. One roommate is a mid-30s male who works remotely but frequently travels out of state for work. The other roommate is a late-20s male who works in sales but does not work remotely. We're open to roomies who work remotely or in-person at an office. You'll share the bathroom with the late-20s male roommate. Both roommates have varied interests and hobbies that include watching professional sports, cycling, skiing, hiking and, in general, lead active lifestyles. We're hoping to attract a late 20s / 30s individual who would welcome the house as a home and be respectful to other roommates and the property. The landlord is a private owner who is responsive via text. To secure the place, a security deposit of $800 is required. Proof of income will be required. Background check may be required, but will ultimately depend on landlord approval. Generally looking for someone who is willing to commit for 6 - 9 months but willing to stick around longer.
