Winter Rental House Description: Clean and Comfortable Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom Single Family Home with Deep Two-Car Attached Garage. The home is Centrally Located within walking distance of Downtown Lake Havasu City. It is located within walking distance to local Banks, Urgent Care and Grocery Store. Lake Havasu Hospital is a short distance down the road, as well as the Post Office, Library, and Civic Center. The home is located near the entrance of the Walking Path that leads to Rotary Park and is within walking distance of the City's Shuttle Bus Service Stop. See map.
