Fully furnished A refundable $500 security deposit is required within 24 hours after booking is accepted/confirmed. GOVERNMENT ID. A list of all occupants & copy of a government-issued ID (e.g. driving license or passport) is required for each Adult guest staying with us within 24 hours of booking. NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC, EVENTS OR GATHERINGS ALLOWED. Please respect quiet hours from 10pm-8am. Any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level, will be subject to one warning and if repeated violation occurs a second time a $300 fee will apply and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund. NO EXTRA GUESTS without prior approval. There will also be a $150 charge per guest/day for unregistered guests. NO SMOKING OR VAPING, In the property. If we find evidence or smell of smoking of any kind, ash, cigarettes, burn marks, INSIDE the apt, a penalty fee for breaking house rules of an additional $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged. DO NOT leave the front door unlocked or open at any time. A violation fee of $200 will apply if door is left open or unlocked at any time. You are responsible for the property during the time of your reservation. Pet Friendly Yes additional fee of $475 per pet. (2 maximum) This is smoking free apartment, if smoke of any kind detected there is a $400 fee DO NOT leave the front door unlocked or open at any time. A violation fee of $200 will apply if door is left open or unlocked at any time. You are responsible for the property during the time of your reservation. NO REFUNDS FOR THIRD PARTY AMENITIES: We are not responsible for third party amenity interruptions such as electricity, cell phone signal, water or internet (for example, weather, downed power lines, no cell service, WiFi etc..). We are not responsible for property amenities being closed or serviced during your stay. ADDITIONAL FEES. If you break or damage something inside the apartment, You will be responsible for any MISSING or DAMAGED item(s) at the replacement cost of the item(s). An inventory has been completed of every item in the unit. DO Not Have Anything Shipped to the apartment without prior permission. Guests must have host's written approval prior to packages being shipped to home. NO MAIL will ever be accepted at this address, regardless of length of stay. Please Do Not toss feminines products, trash or disposable wipes down the toilet. Please Do Not move around or rearrange furniture in apartment. Pest Control is done periodically inside the apartment, we are not responsible for any insects activity found inside the apartment.
